We have full private rooms, four bed dorm, six bed dorm and ten bed dorm style rooms available.   We also have three person and four person private rooms available.   Groups looking for a booking of more than six persons are welcome but you should contact Gerard at the Adelaide hostel by E-mail to check on availability and group rates.   All rooms are cleaned daily by our professional full time staff. Linens and sheets are provided.   We have Free Internet computers, for all our guests to use. We are close to all major tourist attractions like Alcatraz prison, Union Square, the famous San Francisco Cable Cars, Chinatown, Fisherman’s Wharf, Castro Street and of course the famous Haight Ashbury district.   All of these attractions are only a short walk or bus ride from the Adelaide Hostel.   If you are coming to San Francisco for a conference or convention we are only a one minute walk to the Hilton convention center and we are a five minute walk to the Moscone Convention Center.   Our international staff will help you with directions when you arrive.   The Adelaide building is modeled after the European style pensionne hotels which are popular in many European cities, with a guest lobby where you can read or just relax and meet new friends. (See picture of our lobby with our Christmas tree in the pictures section of this web page)   The Adelaide Hostel and Hotel is clean quiet and a great place to get good nights sleep on our excellent beds and all new mattresses.   The Adelaide has the best Hostel kitchen in San Francisco We have a full kitchen with two stoves, two large ovens, three microwaves dishwasher and large fridges to store your food and all the dishes pots and pans and kitchen utensils you will ever need. Save money and prepare your own meals in our great kitchen. We also have a secure area to store your luggage on the day you are leaving (so you can enjoy your last day in San Francisco and come back to pick up your luggage which is also free at the Adelaide Hostel.   We have Parking available for our guests you should contact the Gerard at the Adelaide Hostel direct for cost and details.   The Adelaide requires valid identification from all guests on check in.
