Magical Memories Guest Service Center (Check-in/Check-out Office) is open daily from 8:00am - 8:00pm. If your arrival time does not correspond with these hours, please contact Magical Memories to receive After Hours Check-in Procedures before arriving.

Magical Memories Villas is considered a self catering facility and does not provide daily housekeeping services but can be provided at an additional charge.

Spaciousness not found in hotels is evident in our Villas, along with exceptional amenities such as a DVD Player, cable and remote control in both the living room and master bedroom, a washer/dryer in each villa, a private master bath, a well-equipped kitchen, a queen-sized bed in the master bedroom, a pullout sofa bed in the living room, even a crib for your baby.

Please Note:
Miscellaneous Charges:
•Incidentals: Upon Check-in guests will be required to leave credit card imprint or two hundred and fifty dollars ($250.00) cash on deposit to cover any damages, losses and/or extra time cleaning/repairing the unit from the result of their stay.

•Pool Heating: Pool Heating for Vacation Homes is available for an additional charge and required for entire length of stay, with a minimum of five (5) nights the fee of thirty-five dollars ($35.00)* per day or two hundred ten ($210.00)* per week will be charged. (* plus tax)

•Pet Policy: Pets are permitted only in certain units. Request must be mentioned when booking reservation. A Non-Refundable Pet Fee of fifty dollars ($50.00) per pet for a Villa or Condo and seventy-five ($75.00) for a Vacation Home will apply and must be prepaid. Maximum number of pets allowed per unit is two (2) and each pet must be under twenty-five pounds (25lbs).

•Crib: Cribs are available upon request at no additional charge. Request must be mentioned when booking reservation.

Exit airport (south exit) to Greeneway Expressway (S.R. 417)
Take Greeneway (Route 417) South to Exit 6 Route 535
Turn left onto Route 535 and continue to S.R. 192
Turn right onto S.R. 192. At the next light, which is Poinciana Blvd, turn left. There is tall building on the corner - Fun Spots Hotel (Former Ramada Inn). Once you have turned left onto Poinciana Blvd, Magical Memories Guest Services Center will be the third left possible, just pass the Fun Spots Hotel (Former Ramada Inn)
