You'll have use of dock and docking privileges for your own vessel (should you have one). The dock has a wet bar and gas grill that is for your use along with a fire pit to enjoy roasting marshmallows during evening hours.

Private keyed entrance and private parking space includes towels, furnishings and Washer/dryer are included in apartment for your free use.

US 19 North to Sea Ranch Drive. Turn west onto Sea Ranch Drive. Go to end of street turn left onto Veronica then immediate right onto Beverly then 2nd left onto Stacey Drive. We are the 4th house on right (1st Two-Story house) 13625.

OR: Route 75 to Route 52 exit. Turn West onto Route 52 and drive about 24 miles to US 19 No. Turn right at light and go approx. 1.5 miles to Sea Ranch Drive. Turn left onto Sea Ranch. Then left onto Veronica and right onto Beverly and at 2nd left turn onto Stacey 13625 (first two-story house on right) park on the rocks.
