There is TV with cable, VCR, small coffee table and also a glass dining table with seats for four guests.   The bathroom with a tub, shower, sink and a toilet Utilities are included for short term with a local phone, TV cable and electric building The apartment is located in a renovated prewar building.   Public transportation is conveniently located nearby. You’ll be four blocks from the C & E (8th Avenue) subways and eight blocks from the 1, 2, 3 & 9 (7th Avenue) and N &R (Broadway) subways. Numerous bus routes run through the neighborhood, and taxis are never scarce.
