From the bus station:

There are local buses 180, 181, 187, 188, CA1 (cost U$S0,7) and you get off at 18 de Julio and Paraguay Corner. (destination Manantiales) every 20 minutes.

You get down where terrazas of manantiales begins, and then follow the signs.
