The hotel provides many services for its guests, many of these services will be free if the guest stays more than 7 days. These services include car rental, internet access, and transmission of messages, wake-up service and airport transfers.   Guests of the hotel will get a 10% discount if they eat at the Jégverem Inn (Ice Pit) restaurant and pay in cash, they will also get the 10% discount off if they take part in horse riding activities at the Ágfalva Riding Club, which is about 4 miles away from the hotel.   When required the hotel can organize the guest's dental service. The free operating plan is made by Novodent Ltd, and you are given a 10% discount off the final amount.

Wieden Panzio is in the city centre of Sopron, It is important to note that the hotel kindly welcomes guests at Wien/Schwechat airport, and they are transferred back when departing.

The Hotel is only a 15 minutes walk from the Railway station. In order to walk from Sopron Railway Station, follow these instructions:

1) Head northwest on Állomás utca toward Bartók Béla utca
2) Turn left to stay on Állomás utca
3) Turn right at Mátyás király utca
4) Continue straight onto Szécsényi tér
5) Continue onto Várkerület
6) Turn right at Ikvahíd
7) Turn left at Balfi utca
8) Continue onto Szentlélek utca
9) Turn right to stay on Szentlélek utca
10) Continue onto Sas tér
