One Step Independence Square Hostel in Kiev

This hostel is designed for a friendly personal experience as opposed to that of an expensive, not clean soviet style hotel. Our private rooms are better than 4 stars ukrainian-hotels .   We have very comfortable mattresses and lockers in mix dorm rooms!   1 min to the famous Puzata Hata restaurant (ukrainian-lunch-3 euro).   3 min to the disco Patipa   Independence square hostel is owned and run by a german ( sandra , artur ) & 1 polish girl & 1 ukrainian girl ( kristina ) - that means you get the friendly helpful service that only Ukrainians can give but with the efficiency, safety and quality control of western management.

Wegbeschreibung

From the Train Station:

Take the metro (this will be the Vokzalna metro station) and get off on the Kreshatik station (3 stops). Once you are out on the Kreshatik street – the main street of Kiev, – cross the street, and walk up Prorizna street two blocks. Then turn right, walk for 30 meters and enter (on the lelf-hand side) the metal gates. The entrance to the hostel is in the farthest left corner of the inner yeard of the building – here you are, welcome!

From the airport:

Take a shuttle bus to the Central Train Station – these run 24 hours and cost about 30 UAH (around 3 EURO), – once on the Train Station, follow the instructions above.

From the main / international bus station:

Walk to the Lybidska metro station (10-15 minutes), take the metro and go to the Maidan Nezalezhnosti station (i.e. Independence Square). Switch to the Kreshatik station and walk up the ground. Then follow the instructions above.
