The Oasis, a charming pension situated in the heart of the beautiful 'old city' of Kaleici. Management are British, making it the ideal place to stay for first time travelers to Turkey who are unfamiliar with the language and culture. We offer spacious, clean and comfortable rooms at affordable prices.   The pension is situated only 400m from the harbor and only 350 meters to the private beach with Konyaalti beach and park within easy walking distance.   The Oasis is family friendly but is also the ideal place for travelers and backpackers with a wealth of historical sites on our doorstep.   In the evening you can enjoy a drink at the bar, evening meals available on request.   All rooms (including dormitories)have private bathrooms, air conditioning and 24hour hot water.   Prices start at only 20 YTL for private en-suite rooms For those on a budget there is a dormitory available the perfect way to meet with other like-minded travelers. If you take the bus to Kaleiçi from either the airport or bus station you need get off at Hadrianus Gate (üçkap?lar in Turkish). Go through the gate and up the steps and veer left. Continue along Hesapçi Sokak for about 300m where you will see Alp Pa?a Hotel. Take a left and Oasis Pansion is approx 150m on the left on Muze Sokak. Taxi from airport should cost you around 40YTL and 25 from bus station.
