From Phuket airport:

By taxi: you can get a taxi from the airport to Patong which will cost about 600-800 bath.
By bus: go to Phuket town 85.-bath/person

From town by local bus to Patong: 25 bath/person

You can also take a mortobike taxi which costs only 40 bath. You will need to tell the driver to go to Patong Backpacker Hostel (50 years road) near Khlong PakLak , behide 7/11 shop.
