QFA Apartments are located in an special environment and include essential facilities like cable TV, internet signal and cleaning. Whether you plan to stay for a week or a month, QFA is your best option. You will find a very neat, safe and peaceful place with professional management.   Upon arrival - We will do an inventory of all the apartment belongings. - You have to pay the total value of your reservation ex. weekly or monthly value. We do not charge on a daily basis. - A 200$ refundable security deposit is required for all QFA apartments.   Policies - Beds will be changed as needed ex. double bed for couples or simple bed for singles. - Each one one of the occupants will have a set of keys. There is no curfew - After you reserve you must provide the names of all the people who will stay in the apartment - Only the persons registered can use the apartment installations. Additional registrations: 30$ each - Visitors should show ID to the caretaker - No pets, no apartment sublet
