By taxi from airport $ 8.5 or 17000 Colombian pesos. Tell taxi driver to take you to 'torre caribe 2' in Boca Grande.

By bus: bus terminal $2.0 or take metro bus to Boca Grande and get off at the Kokoriko Fast Food Restaurant or 3rd street and walk by 3rd street towards the beach then make a left and half block you will see Torre Caribe II.
