Valencia Beach welcomes back Alinghi and Oracle for February's America's Cup Duel! Valencia Beach is perfectly located a mere 10 minute walk from the America's Cup port!   Pay the price of a shared dorm in a noisy Hostel, and enjoy luxurious accommodation.   We speak English and Spanish. This is a brand new Hostel with heating, double glazing, lift, and garage space for those needing it.   We have never had a report of stolen property or loud noise.   The most conveniently situated Beach Guesthouse for those wishing to see the beach and also travel into the center. The owner's wish is that the client enjoys their stay and comes back again.   Rooms are available to the general public who are respectful of other people with noise levels at night and with one’s general behavior.   We are offering a spacious Beach/Formula 1 flat. A mere 750m walk to the beach, and the excellent bars and restaurants found there. Only 100m from the America's cup marina. The tram and metro are very nearby. Next door is Casanto the internationally famous restaurant. Great local markets are close by.   Of all the Beach Guesthouses, Valencia Beach has the best access by bus to and from the city center by day, and is one of few which have night buses at a stones throw away. Therefore guests can save greatly in reduced taxi fares. Also, as there are large roads near to Valencia Beach (Avenida Del Puerto and Calle Juan Verdeguer), taxis can also always be caught easily and again this is rare for the beach side of Valencia. These advantages are due to the changes made by the local government to boost tourism in the port area for the Formula 1.   This flat is bright, charming, spacious, and brand new. It has this 'brand new feel' to it that many of our guests really appreciate.   The tram is 500 meters away, and the metro a short walking distance. The city center is only 10-15 minutes by bus. The airport 8km away and 20 euros cab journey straight to door.   Shared kitchen. Three very large (one en suite) rooms.   Wi-Fi is available. Kitchen fully equipped. Suitable for the elderly and young as there is a lift.   Valencia Beach is managed on-site by a friendly young American guy who speaks Spanish. He can help you with any arrangements needed or problems. At Valencia Beach you’ll feel like you’re at a home away from home, and perfectly situated to make the most of what Valencia has to offer at any time of year!   Check-in times: 12PM midday-9:00PM at night. There is no 24hr service, so late arrivals between 9:00PM and 1AM must pay an extra 15 Euros. Go to Calle Juan Verdeguer, 21 (Zona Puerto).
This takes you to a pharmacy with a green cross called 'Farmacia'.
You will see a childrens playground. This is Plaza Jesus. Do not leave the Plaza or enter the restaurant as we are receiving complaints. You are 30 metres away from Valencia Beach!
Pass the childrens playground and DO NOT LEAVE THE PLAZA. Literally 20metres to the left of the playground is the entrance. It is number 2 and call on flat 15 to be received by Jason.

By bus and if you arriving by train go to the tourist office and get a map of Valencia.
You can get directed to the number 19 bus which takes you down avenida Del Puerto.
From there get off near to the bottom of Av Puerto walk across till you find Mendez Nuñez. In between no 32 and 30 you will see a side road. Follow the directions above.
