This street is an architectural jewel and houses two of Gaudis spectacular masterpieces the Pedrera which is located about five minutes from your front door. Also in the street is another of Gaudi´s marvels the Casa Batlló.   There are nine apartments in this block. Each of the apartments has been designed to a business class standard. All the apartments have free internet wireless, so it is perfect for those who like to be connected. The apartments are as follows: 1 for 2 people (1xdouble bed), 4 for 3 people (2xsingle beds and a double sofa bed) and 4 for 5 people (1xdouble bed, 2xsingle beds and a double sofa bed). They are one bedroom and three bedroom apartments respectively. All the three bedroom apartments also have the luxury of two bathrooms. So these apartments are ideal for group bookings.   The surrounding area has a plethora of restaurants and bars to suit every budget from the backpacker to the corporate traveler. The metro is just 3 minutes walk from your door and will whisk you into the hubbub which is central Barcelona! These apartments are ideal for every type of traveler.

Wegbeschreibung

1. We meet all our guests at our Office at Ronda Universitat, number 20, 3rd floor, 3rd door. If the door downstairs is closed, ring bell 3o - 3a.
2. If you arrive between 9 and 20h Mon-Fr and 9 and 18h on weekends make your way to our office.
3. If you arrive outside office hours and on holidays please call 30 minutes before reaching our office at the following after hours number : +34 617 433 842. (If you land in GIRONA or REUS airport, please call us only once you have reached Barcelona.)
4. During your check in you will:
a) fill in our guest form,
b) facilitate the payment
c) provide us with your credit card details OR leave a cash deposit of 150 euro to cover any possible damage that might be incurred to the apartment or its contents during your stay. In case you choose to leave a deposit, it is refunded after check-out, once the apartment has been proved free of damage.
d) receive your keys and a map with instructions on how to get to your apartment.
5. If you arrive before 13h and your apartment has not yet been prepared, you will be able to leave your luggage in the office and come back for it and for the keys later on.
DIRECTIONS:
Arriving from Barcelona airport: Taking a taxi from the airport will be the most convenient form of getting to our office. If you prefer public transport, you can take a bus (AEROBUS) at the airport exit, which will take you to Pl. de Catalunya in 30 minutes. You can also take a train to the centre (25 min). To reach the station from the airport you will have to walk along a tunnel above the street. Take the train L10 in the direction of Estació de Franca and to go until Passeig de Gracia. When you get out of the train station, you will find yourself on the street Passeig de Gracia. Walk then downhill towards Placa de Catalunya. Once you are at Pl. de Catalunya please use the above map to find the street Ronda Universitat, which is located off Pl. de Cataluyna. Follow this road for one minute on the left hand side until you get to building number 20.
Arriving from Girona airport: The bus will leave you at the (Bus Station) Estació del Nord in Barcelona (travel time: 1:15h approx.). Make your way to the metro at Arc de Triomf and go two stops on the red line to ‘Pl de Catalunya’. Get out at the Ronda Universitat exit and turn left into the street Ronda Universitat. Our office is just a few meters further up on the road at number 20, 3rd floor, 3rd door.

Groups of 6 or more will be charged a security deposit of 50 euro/person
Arrivals between 23:00 - 1:00 will be charged an extra 25 euro, past 1:00 - 40 Euro, after 3:00 - check-in only upon earlier arrangements.
