Nou Rambla studio: The recently renovated one bedroom studio (October 2005) consists of a double bed, sofa, TV and a fully equipped kitchen. It is situated on the 3rd floor of an old building without lift. The bathroom is complete and has a large shower tray. All installations are new. The soft colors, the tasteful decoration and the wooden beams make this studio charming and peaceful.   Nou Rambla apartment: A designer apartment situated in an old building in the centre of Barcelona. (95 sqm) Large and luminous living room, 3 double bedrooms, 2 complete bathrooms with large shower trays, hairdryer.   Two of the bedrooms are with double beds and one with 2 twin beds, every bedroom has its own embedded closet. One of the double bedrooms has its own en-suite complete bathroom. It has ample fully-equipped kitchen with coffee maker, kettle, toaster, microwaves, washing machine. Also iron and ironing board are provided. Air conditioning/ heating unit in the living room, LCD TV, hi-fi, DVD. Internet access ADSL WI-FI. This apartment accommodates up to 8 people. The Gothic Cathedral of Barcelona is just a stroll away, as well as the Born neighborhood, whit it’s Sta Maria del Mar Church, the most ancient gothic church of Barcelona. Near the studio you will find a wide variety of bars and restaurants and on the other side of the Ramblas is the Plaza Reial with its many terraces of restaurants. The nearest metro stations are “Liceu” and “Drassanes”   IMPORTANT INFORMATION :   AFTER RECEIVING THE CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM HOSTELBOOKERS YOU WILL RECEIVE WITHIN 24HOURS A CONFIRMATION EMAIL FROM THE OWNER WITH CONTACT NUMBER TO COLLECT THE KEYS AND INFORMATION TU GET TO THE APARTMENT..   Cancellation policy : Between 10 and 20 days: the client will have to pay 50% of the remaining balance Less than 10 days: the client will have to pay 100% of the remaining balance   Late Check-in Policy : Arrival from 9pm to 1am: 30Euros. After 1am: 50Euros. Between 6am-9am: 30Euros   Refundable Security Deposit: 150 Euros (Studio), 250 Euros (Apartment).   The remaining balance must be paid by CASH since we do not accept credit card.
