By taxi: 15 euros.

By bus: You need to get off at Hospital General de la Santisima Trinidad and take calle de la Nueva de San Bernardo and turn right and left to get into Calle de los Vecinos, then turn right to go into calle de la Quinta. It costs 2 euros.
