These new and modernly furnished apartments are an ideal starting point for your city visit.   Here you will feel at home, our roooms are bright and have a relaxing atmosphere.   Each apartment has a sofa, kitchenette and comfortable dining table in the living room. The open kitchen is admittedly small, but fully equipped with all the state of the art appliances you need to turn your Mediterranean culinary endeavors into a success.   This is the perfect place to prepare your fresh vegetables, fish and herbs bought just around the corner from one of the many stands in the historic calle Feria Food Market. The apartments are an ideal place to come home to after a day spent exploring the city.   The French balconies have double glazing to keep the sounds of city life out whenever you want. The windows are also the perfect spot for people watching, or for some quiet reading with a glass of wine. The attic and studio apartments have a double bed, while the 1-bedroom apartments have twin beds. Bed linen and towels are provided.   Important information: At time of booking, you’ll receive an email from the agency to confirm your booking by paying a prepayment of 20% in order to secure your booking for your apartment.   Apartment: this apartment a roof terrace.

By taxi: 20-25 euros / 30 mins
By bus: you have to take 2 buses
- 1 bus til Train station and 1 bus EA which pass in Calle Feria.
- 1 bus til Bus station and 1 bus EA which pass in Calle Feria.

By car: Follow directions Seville, exit Av de la Palmera, straight til Paseo de las Delicias and Paseo de Cristobal Colon. Same road til Av Torneo and if you want to park your car that's the best place for you, and you are only at 7 mins walk away from our apartment.
