We are located just 1 km away from historical Ibiza Town, an ideal location as a starting point to visit this entire beautiful island.   It is also perfect for Clubbers: the major clubs - Space, Amnesia, Privilege, Pacha and El Divino all reached by a short Taxi ride or Discobus. Es Paradis and Eden in San Antonio are 20 Minutes away but the visit is worth.   The apartments (one bedroom or two bedrooms) and studios are fully equipped with kitchenette, mini-fridge, full bathroom, terrace, air conditioning and satellite TV.   The resort has a beautiful terrace with gardens and a snack bar which offers a wide selection of international food. There is a short cut to the sea. Our guests can also enjoy the swimming pool in Mira Mola.   The reception is at your disposal 24 hours a day to help you with money exchange, safety box, car hire, medical service, excursions, taxi hire and local information.     All changes and cancellations must be done directly with the owner through our email address and will have a fee of 10€.   Attention: policies for bookings made until 30/4/10 differ from general policy!   Cancellation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.   Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.

Turn right at Calle del Músico Vicente Mayans Masí
Continue on Calle del Quarto de Balansat
Calle del Quarto de Balansat turns left and becomes Calle de Carles Román Ferrer, you will see us
