Apart from all the great facilities within our complex, you will have at your disposal all kind of activities like: water sports, excursions to the idyllic beaches of Formentera or hire a car and discover the villages, beautiful countryside and hidden coves around the island.   You can not forget the incredible night life of ‘Port of Ibiza’ and the famous Clubs like Space and Bora-Bora, both a short walk away from the complex.   ROOMS Every apartment is equipped with a small living room, air conditioning /central heating, kitchenette, mini-fridge, complete bathroom, telephone, satellite TV and a spacious terrace.   FACILITIES There are three swimming pools surrounded by beautiful gardens and sun terraces with deck chairs and sunshades to enjoy healthy sunbathing. There is a Jacuzzi, gym, tennis court, children playground, mini-club and a private parking are available. There is also a snack-bar offering a good selection of hot / cold meals and snacks, while the buffet restaurant is by La Noria.   SERVICES Reception service 24 hours a day with money currency exchange, safety deposit, medical service, taxi hire and local information.   Here are some distances: City Center: 2 Km Port: 2 Km Shopping centre: 2 Km Airport: 6 Km Bus Stop: 50 m Beach: 150 m   All changes and cancellations must be done directly with the owner through our email address and will have a fee of 10€.   ***   Attention: policies for bookings made until 30/4/10 differ from general policy!   Cancellation: If cancelled up to 2 days before date of arrival, the first night will be charged. If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the first two nights will be charged.   Deposit: 100 percent of the first night will be charged on the day of booking and is non-refundable.
