Guest House Kunstelj in Bled

Mr Kunstelj sold the farmhouse and the inn to a landowner and wine merchant Pavlin, who sold the inn to Jerica Štiherle in 1926. Today, the guests are welcomed by the fourth generation of the Štiherle family.   The restaurant is divided into summer and winter sectors, and we can seat up to 300 guests, the winter sector is open late October through late April. Summer garden is open for the rest of the year and is excellent for special events.   We have a very special vine growing in our Small Wine Square. Descendant of the oldest noble vine in the world was the present from the city of Maribor to Radovljica. The original vine variety “žametna ?rnina” (Vitis vinifera var. Sativa) that grows in Maribor made it into the Guinness Book of Records.

Wegbeschreibung

By car:
From Austria - Karawankentunnel - take exit Lesce/Bled and continue through Lesce to arrive in Radovljica. Follow the Ljubljanska cesta.
At the bus station turn left. Continue for 200m. Our Guest house is on the righthand side.

From Ljubljana take exit Radovljica. Follow the Ljubljanska cesta. At the bus station turn left. Continue for 200m. Our Guest house is on the righthand side.

By train:
Local trains stop at Radovljica railway station, which is only a two- minute walk from our guest house. Our Guest house is above the railway station.

International trains stop at Lesce/Bled railway station. Take a taxi or a local bus to Radovljica.

By bus:
From the main bus station take the Gorenjska cesta on the left. Continue for 200m. Our Guest house is on the righthand side. The bus station is only a two-minute walk from our guest house.


By air:
