On leaving the Belgrade International airport &quot,Nikola Tesla&quot, head east for 1.5 km (follow signs for Nis). Merge onto Beograd-Nis highway toward Nis. Continue on toward Nis. After 220 km, when you pass Nais toll (5km in front of Nis) follow the signs for Thessaloniki and Skopje. After 120 km you will get to Vranje.
