It is a place where you can relax and feel nature while being in central Belgrade. The Usce Park is a favorite hang out for bicyclists, rollerbladers and nature lovers and a hot spot for the Sunday stroll of Belgradians, because of the long pedestrian walk that goes through it, parallel to the river bank, connecting the center of the city with Zemun. The park is serene, while the floating cafes and restaurants are abundant reminding us that we are actually in the middle of the city. Only 20 minutes walk from the busy center of Belgrade.
All the rooms and the balcony of the ground floor offer splendid panoramic views to the Kalemegdan fortress, which is the city's main attraction. The Ratno Ostrvo (War island), with its wild peacefulness and to Zemun, the most river oriented neighborhood of Belgrade. Apart from the most unique experience we also offer: very cheap price for bed with breakfast only 12 euros in shared room for 4 of 5 beds, private rooms with and without bathroom, 24/7 service, friendly staff, free wireless internet, laundry, river boat trips, information point, cafe and multifunctional space for workshops, seminars, events.
Arkabarka is a newly built hostel aspiring to become an intercultural center, bringing together people from different backgrounds and connecting them through artistic events, music nights, parties and more, taking part in the ground floor multifunctional space. The cozy cafe of that space is welcoming Belgradians and gives the opportunity for our guests to mingle with locals.
Arkabarka is ideal for urban people, nature lovers, bicyclists, backpackers and independent travelers. It is also suitable for groups and the organization of small seminars or workshops.
Wegbeschreibung
From the TRAIN STATION:Take the bus 83 and get off at the 4th stop (bus stop “SIV”). Cross the parking of the SIV building and then the park Usce to the river (5min walk).

Walk 5 min until the central bus station “Zeleni Venac”, through Kamenicka street. From there take the bus 15 or 84 and ride for 3 stops. Get off at the SIV building and cross the city park Usce (2min walk).
FROM AIRPORT
1.Take bus No.72 from the airport. It'll take about 20mins, sometimes longer depanding on traffic and Get off at ",SIV", building and cross the city park ",Ušce",.City Bus tickets costs 40 dinars (50cents) and you can buy it at kiosks or from the busdriver.
2. Take the TAXI, but don't forget to ask the driver for the price before you get in. Taxi driver can get tricky. The best advice would be to call a taxi (ask someone to do it for you) and your taxi will arrive infront of the terminal building in a few minutes. The ride to the Old Town takes about 20 min, and the price should not exceed 14€ (except on weekendsand public holidays). Some taxi companies give 20% discount if you order a taxi by phone. BY CAR
Belgrade lies at the intersection of E-70 and E-75 motorways. Foreign drivers in Serbia need an international driving license, vehicle registration certificate, and insurance policy. The valid insurance policies are issued by signatory countries of the ",Vehicle Insurance Convention",, and citizens of other countries are required to buy an insurance policy on entering Serbia.
