The house is ten minutes by foot from the train station, or only a few minutes in the electric taxi, which takes you right to the door. The ski bus stop is only a few meters away from the house, and you can reach the Sunnegga Paradise Skiing Area by foot in five minutes.   Shopping facilities and restaurants are found in the immediate vicinity of the house. Access to Zermatt
Located in southern Switzerland at an altitude of 1'600 metres and just a few hours from the international airports of Zurich, Geneva and Milano. Zermatt is easily accessible from western, northern or southern Europe.

International rail connections link up to Brig with the modern narrow-gauge Zermatt railway, which takes only 90 minutes to climb through the romantic, rugged Visp Valley.

Motorists can drive as far as Täsch, from where trains (shuttle trains run every 20 minutes) and minibus taxis operate a shuttle service for the remaining 4.8 km / 3 miles to Zermatt. Parking facilities are available in Täsch, as well as in Visp for motorists wishing to continue by rail.

Zermatt has a heliport, which is operated by Air Zermatt.


Directions from train station or taxi stand in Zermatt to Casa Della Luce
When you arrive in Zermatt, you can reach us on foot in ten minutes. Much more comfortable and advisable is to make use of an electric taxi, which will bring you right to the door in three to four minutes. The Casa Della Luce is situated in a central, quiet residential area in the Quartier Wiesti.
The ski bus stop is only 250 meters from the house, and the valley station of the Sunnegga Paradiese ski area is only approx. 500 meters away. You have a choice of various restaurants and sporting goods stores in the immediate vicinity, as well as a grocery store and an indoor swimming pool. You can get to the Bahnhofstraße, Zermatt's main shopping street, with all its shops, restaurants and bars, in ten minutes on foot. Moreover, Zermatt offers 24-hour taxi service.
