The nearest metro station is Vladikino (if you look at the metro map it is on the grey line towards the top).

Get on to the last carriage of any metro train on the grey line if you are travelling from the center. Get off at the Vladikino station.

Take the escalator to the top. As you exit the metro station, turn left. Walk around the shopping centre building by walking along its right hand side and continue walking along the fence into the courtyard. You will reach the main road. You will see the Riga Theatre in front of you. Cross the street and go deep into the yard up to a red-brick building - this is the Zarya hotel.
City Realty office is located in the business centre of “Zarya” hotel, across from the hotel building.
Walk into the business centre, inform the security that you are going to the office of City Realty.
The office is on the ground floor.
