Hostel Tina in Bucharest

This is a convenient and cozy two room house featuring one Private room with TV and computer (there is 1 Queen size bed - for couple 48 Euros or single 24 Euros) and one Shared room with TV and Computer (4 bunk beds 12 Euros/Bed).   If you are a couple and you want to stay in the private room, please book for the queen bed and then phone or e-mail us to confirm it is a reservation for 2 people.   When filling in the arrival time to the hostel, please add 40 minutes if coming by train or 1 hour if coming from airports to the estimated flight arrival time.   Very important:   The apartment is a calm quiet place to stay, so please no loud parties or drinking during the night and no unregistered visitors on our property.   The maximum length of stay is fourteen (14) days within a twelve-month period.   Price includes:   - Free Internet 24 h/day (with computers + WI-FI). - Free burner for DVD-RW, CD-R, CD-RW. - Free printer. - Free maps. - Free coffee (regular and decaff), tea (various sorts of tea black, green, meant, fruits etc.), pretzels, milk, etc. - Free use of the kitchen (fully equipped) - Free linen (both sheets and blankets) - Free towels. - Free bathtub! - Free Toothpaste, soap,shampoo and bubbles!. - Free Reading lamps. - Free Books exchange. - Free Electric Fan in all rooms. Wonderful neighborhood (lake, big park, big fruit/veg market around the corner, etc.). There is also laundry and a locker service for free.   Smoking is allowed on the kitchen balcony.   Good to know:   From railway station use the metro (subway), as it is fast, cheap and safe. Be smart.   We will provide you with all the information you might need to see everything in our city, either if you want to visit the historical sites, experience our cultural events or if you want to party in a great club, we will help you to find the right place.   We wish you a pleasant trip to Bucharest!

From Gara De Nord train station: Take the metro in the Dristor 2 direction until the final stop (From Airports take the Bus: 783 till Piata Victoriei Metro station and from there by Metro to Dristor 2).´Hostel Tina’ is located approx. 10 minutes from Dristor 2 metro station. Go straight on Camil Ressu Boulevard and walk only on the left hand side.
(not in the direction of Mc Donald’s!).

After you cross the intersection Camill Ressu with Liviu Rebreanu, continue along (approx. 2 minutes) Camill Ressu Boulevard until you see a phone booth on the left hand of side walk! (It is not the first one right there, after you cross the intersection Camill Ressu with Liviu Rebreanu! and -Bloc N3B- is the second tower building after the intersection.)

Turn left here, after the phone booth, and follow the small path to the end, you should now be in the front of Tower Bloc N3B ( is a Tower Block with one entrance and 10 Floors, without signs for Hostel Tina, only with the address on a blue label) `Mansion means Bloc`. Well done! Push on the buttons 3 8 C (and when you use the lift/elevator please note that it only takes a maximum of two people and please open the doors from inside after lift/elevator has completely stop!!.) If you can't find us, please give us a call as we will be more than happy to meet you at the Dristor metro station. (At Camil Ressu with Liviu Rebreanu junction, on the left hand, you will see an open market with fruits and vegetables. Don’t ask people on the street for Hostel Tina (ask for address), because Romanians don’t know about hostel. We don’t have any sign outside yet!). Please, print our directions!!! ( If you arrive by Taxi, the Bloc N3B is at the end of School nr.88 and please, ask the taxi driver to look for adress not for a sign with hostel tina!)

Never take a taxi ride from Gara De Nord railway! Use the metro as it is faster, cheap and safe - be smart!
