Part of a 250-year-old building, our hostel is packed with period features and charm. It's also our home, meaning that we have decorated and furnished it with love. You won't want to leave our spacious and quirky tailor-made wooden bunk beds and raised sleeping platforms. It also means that we treat it with care (squeaky clean). We provide the homely and lived-in atmosphere every traveler craves.   Our kitchen is your kitchen. Our fridge is your fridge, so feel free to use it to keep the groceries you'll have bought in one of the supermarkets or the local fresh fish and vegetable market across the road.   Other than breakfast, we don't serve food but occasionally a friendly dinner happens. Maybe you run into one, maybe, you make it happen, you're always invited to introduce everybody to your home cooking.   Being situated in the heart of Old Lisbon, we are just a stroll from the river, the train, subway and boat. Wegbeschreibung

Lisbon Calling is in Rua de Sao Paulo, nº 126 - floor 3. Just 2 minutes walking distance from Cais do Sodre, a major bus (autocarro), metro, train (comboio), and ferry (barco) terminal.

From Cais do Sodre, cross the main road in opposite direction to the river, between the roundabout and the market (mercado da ribeira). We're on the third parallel street from the station. Look for the church (Sao Paulo) and our building is right next to it.
Please notice that there's no sign of Lisbon Calling on the outside. Just ring the bell 3D on 126 door number.

TRAIN STATIONS
From Santa Apolonia: - Bus: 35 or 210 to Cais do Sodré - Metro: take the blue line to Baixa Chiado and then the green to Cais do Sodre.
From Oriente: - Metro: take the red line to Alameda and then the green to Cais do Sodre

BUS STATION
From Sete Rios: - Metro: take the blue line to baixa chiado and then the green line to Cais do Sodre

AIRPORT
Aerobus to Cais do Sodre.
Bus: 44, 45 or 208 direction Cais do Sodre.
