The location, in the heart of the historic center, is exceptional, and guests will enjoy the close proximity of the main monuments, museums, galleries, cafes, traditional commerce, the typical electric car, the underground.   We have our studios and our art Gallery on the ground 0, apartments are at 3rd and 4th levels.   The apartments are all together, within the old house.   1 to 3 people - The same price!   Parking at 70 meters.
