Leaving the train station, follow the directions to the Center (Centrum) heading towards Floria?ska Street, which itself will lead you to the Main Market Square. Then, cross the Square and enter Bracka Street. You will find Mama's Hostel in a house at 4 Bracka Street, 30 meters from the Main Market Square.
