Pirwa Colonial Backpackers Hostel in Cusco

We are located just stone's throw from the center of the Cusco! We are close to all amenities like tourist agencies, ATMs, bars, pubs, shops and all sights.   Hostel is attended 24hrs a day and to make you feel more safe we provide for free small lockers for your valuables, big lockers in room for backpack and storage where you can leave all while on trekking.   To make you more comfortable we give free access to internet, Wi-Fi, billiard pool, TV-DVD well equipped kitchen.   Apart from that we have a bar! Open from 6pm till last guest with all range of spirits & beers, homemade delicious pizza, dart and happy hours! Several common areas with sofas will make it a perfect place to socialize, read or just rest!   Our hostel is attended by its owners, so it is a safe, homely place with friendly atmosphere and staff is always willing to help you or just answer any of your questions!

Wegbeschreibung

It is located in the southeast of the city about 15 minutes from the downtown. To get there is very easy, although the taxi rates are much higher than the ones from the city.

Once the tourist arrives there, they will find lots of taxis offering their services. One can bargain the price of the rate, the price of transportation to any hotel in the downtown never goes over 10 soles.

There are daily flights to Lima, as well as to Arequipa, Juliaca and Puerto Maldonado. The connection flights abroad are very minimum. Right now all are made through Lloyd Aéreo Boliviano with La Paz as the main destination point, every Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday.

By air: Domestic flights from Lima (1 hour) and from Arequipa (30 minutes) to Cusco.

By land: Lima - Arequipa – Cusco 1650 km (26 hours by car)

By train: Regular service Puno – Cusco: 384 km (10 hours).
