The house was built in 1805. The rooms and studio apartments are small and very simple. They have laminated floors, a small kitchen-corner, shower & toilet. There is a washing machine and dryer for all guests, it works with 4x2€-coins. cheap public phone shops with internet-cafes are close by in Leopoldsgasse.   Environmental Contribution: We use only ""Green electricity"" - water, wind, solar, biomass - energy. No Coal, No Fuel, and No Atomic Energy. We heat with natural gas.   WIFI: As of 2010 there is free Wifi in most of the rooms.   Please note: Please do not expect late night parties in the house. What you can expect is accommodation in a quiet, safe area close to the city center!   If you are feeling bored inside the hostel, you are well advised to try opportunities that are nearby. There is fun all around you!   Please note: We do not have a reception desk. The house is accessible only for guests who are having the keys. We do not have any staff to answer your questions. Contact via phone is not possible, except for SMS!   ""guided arrivals"" are possible: Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday - 15:00 p.m. - 19:00 p.m. Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Monday - 09:00 a.m. - 19:00 p.m. Let us know your time of arrival and we will wait for you at the stipulated time and let you in.   ""self entries"" are possible: Everyday: 19:00p.m. - 04:00 a.m.   After the booking please do send an email to get explanations on how to enter by yourself. please provide your valid email adress and phone number for sms-receipt, so that we can send you instructions on how to get in.   Accommodations are always cleaned and should be ready by 17:00 pm. Before this time you can leave your luggage in the apartment and take your keys. Accommodations shall be left by 10:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Please leave the keys in the apartment when you leave.   We don’t take credit cards. Payment is upon arrival, with cash €   Late bookings have a fixed time for arrival: 19:00. If you have booked only 24 hours prior to arrival, we will wait for you at 19:00 pm and you must ring the phone number displayed in the window beside the door at IM WERD 5 at 19:00pm! Please consider this when booking.   Cancellations shall be made via E-MAIL to the hostel. Cancellations can be made up to 1 week prior to arrival. If you cancel later than this we are entitled to charge you for 3 nights. If your reservation is shorter than 3 nights we will charge you for the amount of the booked stay. For no-showing or not staying in the booked accommodation the same applies accordingly. We recommend a holiday insurance covering cancellation risks.   New Years Cancellation Policy: During end of years: a cancellation may be made up to 1 month prior to arrival. if you cancel later than this, we are entitled to charge for the whole stay. Important information: We do not have a reception desk. It is necessary that you let us know your exact time of arrival. Someone will have to wait and let you in or we have to let you know how to get in!! LATE BOOKINGS - fixed time slots for arrivals: 19PM IF you have booked only 24H PRIOR TO ARRIVAL, we will wait for you at 19pm. Payment is to be in cash on arrival.

With bus &quot,OBB&quot, to Schwedenplatz/MORZINPLATZ walk left to SALZTORBRÜCKE (the bridge on your left) cross over the bridge walk down HOLLANDSTRASSE turn left into KRUMMBAUMGASSE turn right into IM WERD its the 3rd house on the left hand side (small, yellow) It is the 3rd house on the left waiting for bus: 0-20 minutes

When coming by CAR from the WEST:
Follow the sign &quot,Zentrum.&quot, At the Opera (Zentrum), turn left and follow Ringstrasse. Follow Ringstraße till Donaukanal, Cross the first bridge to your left. Follow the sign &quot,Karmelitermarkt&quot, straight ahead.
Upon arrival on the market turn to the left immediately into Krummbaumgasse.
Then turn to the right into Im Werd.
It is the 3rd house on the left.

BEWARE: Parking around or near the marketplace will incur a heavy fine!
There is a MUNICIPAL GARAGE underneath the MARKETPLACE!
