From San Juan International airport (SJU) to Culebra Island (CPX) by airplane

A taxi between airports costs about $12 plus tip.
Air fare between San Juan and Culebra is $50 to $70.

San Juan to Fajardo by airplane, then travel from Fajardo to Isla de Culebra by sea-going Ferryboat

Fly from either San Juan International or Isla Grande airports to Fajardo (City on the Northeast corner of Puerto Rico).

Take a taxi from Fajardo airport to the Embarcadero (Ferry terminal) at La Playa (Area of Fajardo).

Take the Ferryboat (La Lancha) to Culebra Island (one and one-half hour ocean voyage)
