The Praets 1a: The Guesthouse is a pleasant organized Pension with 3 bedrooms. The boardinghouse is situated in a calm district nearby nature park Meijnerswijk and just 10 min. away by feet from the center. Pension Arnhem has payable prices if you stay for just a short break or for a longer holiday.

The Pension is a pleasant organized Villa with 3 bedrooms.
A cozy living room with open kitchen and free use of Coffee, Tea, Milk, Orange Juice, Cornflakes-muesli-crackers-biscuits.
The breakfast is self service and when YOU wish, breakfast can be completed with breads, eggs,ham and cheese. It is possible you have to share the kitchen, living room and Bathroom with other guests, but if you’re the only quest, the whole house will be yours.

There are 3 x 2-double bedrooms of which 1 the possibility has for max 5/6 persons.
The fancy bathroom has a bath, sink, toilet, and separate shower cabin. On the course is a 2nd toilet with separate urinoir.
It is possible to use the washing machine.
The lovely garden is situated on the West side of the house.
The Guesthouse is Central heeted.
The parking place in front of the house is free of charge. The Guesthouse is stituated very central on 10 minutes walkdistance of the Gelredome, Rijnhal, Central station and Center.
The bus stop is on 300 mtr. Distance

Wegbeschreibung

The Central station and city are about 10 minutes away by feet. The nearest bus station is 3 minutes away from the pension.
If you walk out of the central station, go left follow the foothpath and cross the street at the traffic lights.
Cross the bridge (Nelson Mandela Bridge)over the foothpath.
After about 500 mtr.you will see some stairs on your left site.
Go down the stairs and turn left. Follow the road under the bridge. 2nd street left= De Praets.
