From Metrocentro Shopping Mall in Managua, go towards Masaya on Carretera Masaya for 14 kilometers. Then turn right and continue for 3 kilometers. Finally take a right onto Reparto La Gloria. We are the second house.

Viva Guesthouse provides just that and is located just outside of Managua Nicaragua is the home of the owner of VIVA Spanish School in Managua.
Alghouh ust 15 minutes from Managua we are a world away. Our home consists of about 1/3 acres with a swimming pool, four air-conditioned rooms, hot water showers, cable television and all of the comforts of a typical home in the States.
