If you are looking for an affordable, relaxed & friendly place to stay in Queenstown with spectacular views and a waterfront location, this is it!   'Among the best hostels in town and justly popular' - Rough Guide.     We are only 300m from downtown Queenstown, just far enough away for some piece and quiet! We also provide full linen as part of the rate.   You can pre-book activities & attractions, just ask our friendly staff as we get discounts off many of these and they can give you advice on what suits your travel pace.   Our Facilities - Large modern communal kitchen & dining area - Elevated & relaxed living area with spectacular lake views - Loads of outdoor living and decks to take full advantage of the waterfront location and views - Off street car parking (rare in Queenstown!) - Internet & Wi-Fi - BBQ area - Lockable storage - Drying room & ski storage - Phone cards & on-site phone - Full on site laundry facilities   Please note: We accept a maximum of a 7 nights stay per booking and a maximum of 6 people per booking. For any bookings exceeding this we reserve the right to cancel the booking with loss of any deposit or booking fees paid.   Cancellations made within 48 hours of a booking will forfeit one nights accommodation as per the booking.

We have a maximum stay at Bumbles Backpackers of 6 nights during busy periods, and a maximum number of 5 people in one booking. Bookings exceeding these numbers will be canceled and the deposit not refunded. Multiple bookings for larger groups or longer stays will not be accepted, and may be canceled with loss of deposit.

Bumbles is located on the corner of Brunswick Street and Lake Esplanade on Queenstown's waterfront. We are a short stroll from downtown (just 300 metres) while being far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet.
