From Airport get bus ",A", (3 lei- its 0.2€), or a mini-bus ",165", (3 lei- 0.3€) as far as Railroad station. When you reach the station change to mini-bus ",166", and go as far as A.Russo vs Sadoveanu", Station. You'll see Sadoveanu street where the apartment is located.
You can also get a taxi from the airpofrt for about 70-120 lei 6-8 €.
If you get a taxi in town it will cost 20-30lei 2-3 €
