Conveniently located 25 minutes from the International Airport of Cancun, just 2 minutes away from the ferry to ‘Isla Mujeres,’ and close the area and the commercial heart of the city, ‘Terracaribe hotel’ is an oasis of comfort and service for our visitors.   We can offer you our completely renovated 58 rooms, equipped with electronic key cards, air conditioning, fans, telephone, Cable TV, safe deposit box, double beds and all the amenities to ensure you a comfortable and enjoyable stay that includes wireless Internet in access in your room.   The Rooms:   24 + 18 NEW Standard rooms with capacity for 1 or 2 people (with one queen bed)   12 Superior rooms with capacity for 1 to 4 people (with two queen beds - 4 people maximum) 3 junior suites with capacity for 1 to 5 people (with two queens and a sofa bed - 5 persons maximum) 1 Suite with capacity for 1 to 4 people (with two queen beds and living room area, and small refrigerator - 4 people maximum)   Swimming pool & NEW Jacuzzi: For the comfort and convenience of our guests we have a remodeled 50 square meters swimming pool with a sun deck, children swimming pool, public restrooms, and garden and pool bar service. Open from 8:00am to 7:00 pm.   NEW Solarium Terrace with a massage area   ‘Los Caracoles’- Restaurant and Terrace: Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner. Our International Menu offers you a variety of dishes including a special selection of our exquisite regional cuisine and seafood. Open from 7:00am to 11:00pm   ‘Arrecifes Bar’- Lobby Bar: In a cosy yet refined ambiance, you may enjoy a relaxed moment or a business appointment in our Lobby Bar “Arrecifes” with capacity for 50 people. Accompanied by your friends, enjoy our special events and romantic evenings with your favorite drink. Open from 10:00am to 12:00pm   In room dinning: If you prefer the intimacy of your room or simply enjoy your meal in the comfort and relax of your room, we offer you our in-room dining service. The menu includes the specialties of ‘Los Caracoles’ cuisine together with salads and sandwiches for a fast yet exquisite meal. If you are planning to go out on a tour to visit one the various attractions that this region offers you, ask for our ‘box lunch’ carefully and hygienically prepared in our main kitchen. In-room dining offers you a wide variety of drinks for your comfort.   Transportation to Cancun International Airport (One way) We offer you transportation service from the Hotel to the Airport in our executive van. Request this service when making your reservation. Shuttle service is not included in our room rates.   Laundry Service: From the comfort of your room you can request laundry service provided by us. As per your needs, you may request a normal 24 hour service or express service. Open from 7:00 am to 9:00pm (extra charge)   Safety Boxes: Although the hotel provides you with electronic key card and security service 24 hours a day, we are not responsible for values left in the rooms. Every room has safety boxes available for you.   Beach club: Located in the area of Punta Cancun, Hotel Zone. Price: 5 USD per person. Discounts on food and drinks. services you can use: Beach chairs, towels, showers, bathrooms/dressings rooms. Free transportation from the hotel to the beach club, only one way, restricted schedule, depending on availability. Ask for your bracelet al the hotel reception.   Important: Our prices include 12% tax! Once you reserve, if canceled 48 hrs before arrival the deposit is NON refundable and will be a penalty charge of 1 night. Bookings made for Christmas, New Year, East season & Holidays will be charge the 100% total amount stay at time of booking. IMPORTANT: For stays from December 23rd to January 2nd, full payment will be charged to your credit card upon reservation, no refunds, no exceptions. If your credit card is declined the booking will be automaticly cancelled and the room reassigned.   Driving Directions from Cancun's International Airport: Take the main highway to Cancun.
