From the bus station take any bus heading to Centro or to el Malecon and get off at La presidencia municipal almost at the end of the Malecon. We are above the bank. The bus fee is $5.50 pesos which is less than half a USD.
If you take a taxi just tell the driver to drop you of at la presidencia municipal in El Centro the fare will be around $100 pesos which is around $9.00 USD
From the Airport you can take a taxi it will cost you around the same or maybe a little more than the taxi from the Bust station if you want to take a bus go outside the airport to the main road and take one of the blue and white busses heading to centro
