Villa Victoria is a beautiful lake community located just 1.5 hours west of Mexico City, and only 40 minutes from Toluca, an up and rising industrial center with an international airport. The Cicoria House in Las Peñas, Villa Victoria is a five bedroom masterpiece. From the beautifully landscaped garden, to the wonderful lake view, you will surely be able to relax and enjoy.

The Cicoria Villa is family owned by Christopher Cicoria and his wife Esmeralda Tabarez-Cicoria. The house was purchased by the Cicoria's recently and has been operating as
a successful short-term rental home for vacationers from Mexico, the U.S., and Europe. We are currently expanding our capacity by transforming our Villa into a bed and breakfast. This will allow guests to reserve rooms, enjoy breakfast, and still have full access to the common area.

Christopher Cicoria is also one of the owners of the Cicoria Brother's Cafe` in New York City. The cafe is owned by Cicoria Brothers Inc., a corporation consisting of Christopher
Cicoria, and his brother, Fred Cicoria. The Cafe` was opened in April 2002 and has been going strong ever since.

From Bus to the Cabana:

Take the Allegra Bus that goes to Zitacuaro/Michoacan and get out at the Villa Victoria Stop. The bus will stop at a taxi stand. Tell driver to take you to the Las Penas Cabana.
