From the airport Alexander the Great in Skopje head south and turn right onto the ramp to Veles/Skopje. Merge onto E75/M-1. Take the exit toward Ohrid/Skopje, merge onto M-3. Take the exit toward Skopje. Merge onto M-3/M-4. Make a U-turn E-65/M-4. When you came to railway station the Hotel Jadran is situated only 1 km from that point in the city center.
