Riga Old Town Hostel & Backpackers Pub in Riga

Our private rooms are in a separate building very close to the hostel. Come to the hostel to check in and one of our lovely friendly staff will take you around. It's only a 4 minute walk   Our private rooms have no Wi-Fi or internet but all guests are more than welcome to use all the facilities at the main hostel building   On Tuesdays we have a live music evening. This is also Backpackers night where you will find good discounted prices on beds and happy hour in our cozy pub.   Sit and enjoy our Backpackers Pub, where great people, local and foreign come together to share experiences, have fun or just read a book!   If you are a musician and want to play here, just ask the staff on arrival or email us in advance. We aim to be creative in the space we have and you are welcome to join in with us.   Other services:   -Riga Free Tour everyday at 12:00. -Bike tours when the sun shines! -Riga Pub Crawl, Wed - Saturday 19:00. -Bike rental is available just around the corner. -Sauna -Games and books -Alternative information about Riga -Live music in our bar and at the great Depo Klub across the road. -Ask our staff for more info and ideas.   Come and share your travel stories with us and we will share our experiences with you.

Coming by Air?
-from the airport-bus 22 till the stop called shopping centre Stockmann. Then go through the underpass to cross the street. Then continue straight about 20 meters.

To get to Valnu street 43 from bus station and train terminal-
-you don't need public transport if you arrive by bus or train even with a heavy backpack you can walk to the hostel in about 5 minutes
-from the bus station you should go under the railway bridge (left from the bus station exit), and afterwards go through the underpass to cross the street. Then continue straight for about 20 meters.
-from the train station-exit the train station and turn to the left. Continue along the street (on the left is a solid Stockman's building) until you reach the staircase which will lead you down to the underpass. Go through the underpass to cross the street and then continue straight for about 20 meters.
-from the airport- Get the 22 bus until the stop called shopping center Stockmann. Then go through the underpass to cross the street. Then continue straight about 20 meters.

For hitch-hikers and cyclists
-try to get to the old town then use the map

If you come by car, you can park outside to check in but parking laws on our street change alot so we will advise a place in secure parking close to us.
