Villa Ivan is situated in the peaceful location with the beautiful view on the see, islands and the port which is distant about 10-15 min walking from the house as well as the bus terminals. Distance from the Old City is about 20 min walking or by bus 5 minute. There is also public transportation, stores and pizzeria nearby.
The guest house Villa Ivan was opened over 30 years ago. Since then, we have honed our talent in ensuring that our guests feel comfortable with the accomodation and with the hospitality that we provide.
