The house built in typical Dalmatian style. It is at the foot of Marjan hill with large garden, 10-15 minutes walking distance from Split's beaches, 10 minutes walking to the Split's ACY marina, and 5-10 walking to the ferry, bus and railway terminals.

Proceed around the quay with sea on Your left hand side . You will reach a wide pedestrian area with palm trees &amp, white paving known as 'RIVA' .Proceed down 'RIVA' , and at the end of 'RIVA' You will see a church ( SV. FRANE) . Proceed a short distance to the first Marjan’s step (cca 100m straight) and You will reach number 33. The house is situated on the left side of the Senjska street .
