‘Villa New York’ is a modern and well equipped villa, located just by the sea, in the centre of Mlini. It is only 50 metres away from the beach!

Villa New York consists of five very nice air-conditioned apartments. All of them have Satellite TV, mini kitchen, bathrooms and sea views.

We also serve breakfast in the dining room or on the terrace with a sea view.

‘Apartment Dubrovnik’ is located on the first floor of Villa New York and has a direct sea view. It is 32 m2 and has one double room, a bathroom, a small kitchen and a living room. The apartment has Satellite TV and air conditioning. In front of the apartment is a big terrace with a sea view.

‘Apartment Mlini’ is situated on the first floor of Villa New York. It is 36 m2 and has a bedroom, a bathroom, a living room, a mini kitchen and balcony with sea view. The apartment is air-conditioned and has Satellite TV. In front of this apartment is a big terrace with sea view.

‘Apartment Cavtat’ is located on the second floor of Villa New York. It is 23 m2 and has a bedroom, bathroom, mini kitchen and direct sea view. This apartment is air-conditioned and has Satellite TV. In front of the apartment is a terrace with a sea view.

‘Apartment Sunset’ is situated on the second floor of Villa New York and has:
*One double room 21 m2 with a private bathroom and direct sea view.
The room has Satellite TV and air conditioning.
*One double room 15 m2 has its own private bathroom and balcony with sea view,
Satellite TV and air-conditioning.
*In front of these 2 rooms there is a small hall with a mini kitchen, there is also a big terrace with a sea view!

‘Apartment Mediteraneo’ is situated on the second floor of Ville New York.
It is 56 m2 and has two bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room, a kitchen and a small private terrace. This apartment is air conditioned and has Satellite TV. In front you will find a big terrace with a sea view!

If you are arriving by plane:
The easiest way is to take taxi from the airport. Our address is:

If you are arriving by car:
When you come to Dubrovnik, you have to continue driving 7 km southeast (towards Cavtat). When you come to a gas station in place called KUPARI you have to continue 2 km more and then you will see the sign MLINI. Turn right and after 2 minutes you will be in front of our villa.

If you are arriving by bus:
The nearest bus stop is Popolica, which is located on the main road. Popolica bus stop is only 5 minutes walking from our villa.
Across the main road you will see the sign &quot,Mlini“. Continuing from here, after 5-7 minutes you will be in front of our villa.
