Distance from the sea and beautiful sandy beach with all facilities (café bars, restaurants, water sports, sun beds, sun umbrellas) is only 100 meters away. Post-office, bank, restaurants, bars, shopping center, tennis courts and market is only 100 meters away. The old town is only 10 min bus drive (3 km from the house).

There is free transfer from the bus station or port. Parking is available for 4 cars. Tourist information is offered on your arrival as well as other assistance during your holiday.

Property is situated in Lapad, beautiful and quiet part of Dubrovnik. The house is located under the street Alojzije Stepinca , 5o meters before hotel Kompas on the left side, 23 km fare from the airport (taxi shuttle service is available in our arrangement for 25 EUR), 3 km fare from the bus station and port( free transfer provided by owner).
