Refugio ecologico Casa del Sol Naciente in San Agustin

The House of the rising sun offers its guests the perfect balance of nature, ecology, spa, countryside, comfort and history. Located in San Agustín Huila, the archaeological Capital of Colombia, the house is 1 Km. from the town of San Agustin.   Casa del Sol Naciente is an organic farm with coffee plantation, fruit trees, vegetable garden for aromatic herbs, pastures, forest, gardens and access to the main road. Guests will enjoy the surrounding spectacular landscapes with views of the Magdalena River canyon, the cordillera mountain ranges and volcanoes Puracé, Sotará, Paletará, amongst others.   Additional facilities include:   A social area with bar, fireplace and dance floor. A campsite with views of volcanoes, where you can also have bonfires. An ecological path to walk down through the canyon to the magdalena river. The option to go rafting with a professional french guide. Excursions by jeep and by horse to the archaelogical sites.
