El Dorado International Hostel in San Gil

The El Dorado International Hostel includes a bar which is located in the back of the hostel serving many international and national cocktails as well as other drinks, in addition there a few narguilas (Shishas,hookas) with many flavors to enjoy. Furthermore there is a self catering kitchen that guests can make use of free of charge.   The hostel also offers lessons in numerous fields, such as Spanish, English, Hebrew and salsa dancing. The hostel can also arrange kayaking and swimming lessons for guests.   The hostel works together with the best Extreme Sports companies in San Gil to offer guests information, advice and booking services for the different activities that the guests can take part in, such as, rafting, cannoning, rappelling, horse riding, walks and many more.   All these activities are supervised by fully qualified guides. In addition you can also get advice on other tourist destinations around Colombia and South America.   El Dorado International Hostel is designed to meet all the needs of travelers, its location allow guests to easily tour around town and enjoy all the attractions available. There are 4 and 6 bed dorms, some of them having semi-double beds for extra comfort.   Some rooms have a private toilet and shower while the rest share a number of WCs. The common area is equipped with free internet, cable TV, LCD, DVD and a Nintendo wii with over 200 games, several Narguilas (shishas/water pipes) that can be enjoyed with tea, coffee or a beer.

It is a 5 minute taxi journey from the main terminal or 3 minutes from the Malecon and it should cost no more than 3.000 pesos.
