SameSun Backpacker Lodges - Kelowna in Kelowna
Samesun, Kelowna is one of the largest and most modern hostels in the Okanagan valley. Located right in the heart of the city, the funky looking building is central to just about everything a backpacker could wish for. You are never more than five minutes away from a swim in the beautiful Okanagan lake or a day spent in the many shops downtown. The nightlife offers a host of restaurants, pubs and clubs to suit all appetites and most are in stumbling distance to the hostel.
The hostel itself offers a massive kitchen and dining area including an outdoor patio featuring hammocks and a BBQ. Our washroom facilities are second to none in size and cleanliness. All rooms are air conditioned and comfortable for a weary traveler and our T.V. lounge offers a great place to put your feet up and watch a good DVD. Internet kiosks are available and free wireless connection is offered to all guests. Pool, foosball, shuffle board, ping-pong and a multitude of sports equipment is readily available for sunny or rainy days. The building is cleaned throughout the day and the staff keeps the atmosphere fresh with great music piped into common areas.
Samesun staff are always at hand to answer questions or guide visitors to any one of the many activities available in Kelowna. Whether it’s wine tasting, wakeboarding, snowshoeing, paintballing or booking a night in another Samesun, we will happily do our best to keep your adventure going strong. All year round we provide good times with excellent staff in a beautiful city.
