This SameSun Lodge is all a traveler to Banff needs. It’s right downtown. It’s got a funky, friendly atmosphere. And we’ve just made it better than ever!

What was once Global Village Banff is now the newly renovated SameSun Banff Lodge, and we think it’s one of our best. Benefiting from a large new kitchen, common areas and outdoor patio it’s the perfect place to base yourself when exploring this world famous destination. The rooms are spacious and clean. The staff are superstars (ahem...not literally...don’t expect Pamela Anderson to check you in). And all this right where YOU need it.

We can help you book a ski package to make sure you don’t miss out on the mountains. We’ll let you know the best bars and eating-places in town. We will want to come with you!

Even if you’re strapped for cash there’s always something to do in the lodge itself... games room + lots of other happy backpackers = good time!

SameSun Banff is steps from the Greyhound Station. From the Calgary Airport take the Banff Airporter from the shuttle information kiosk. Costs are about $45 CAD each way and takes about 70 minutes.
