HI Victoria Hostel in Victoria

Facilities: Linen is provided, at no extra charge. Towels are also available upon request, but for large groups (over 20 people) please give advance notice as to how many are required. If it is possible to bring your own towels that would be greatly appreciated - it helps keeps our costs down which is reflected in our rates to you. There are lockers with each bed for security. We can provide locks but, if possible, it is helpful for large groups to bring their own. Kitchen facilities are available at the hostel. We have microwave ovens (sorry, no conventional ovens). Pots and pans, cutlery and crockery are also provided. We have a TV room, small library, pool table, and laundry room.
For advice and service on what to see and do in Victoria and the rest of Vancouver Island, speak to the staff. They didn't build their reputation for being some of the friendliest people you'll meet for nothing! Staff is on duty 24 hours for your service and security.

The HI-Victoria hostel is located in the heart of old downtown Victoria.

Airport Directions: Follow the signs to the Pat Bay Highway #17. The highway eventually becomes Blanshard Street. As you arrive in town, take a right turn onto Yates Street. The hostel is 4 blocks down on your right hand side, just before the water.

Bus Directions: Pacific Coach lines runs a service from downtown Vancouver, dropping you off at the Victoria bus terminal. From the bus terminal in downtown Victoria, walk north on Douglas Street 6 blocks to Yates Street. Turn left on Yates and walk for 3 blocks. The hostel will be on your right hand side.
