This is a great urban hostel located where the fun is in Edmonton's historic Old Strathcona neighborhood. Catering to all types of travelers, we have the staff and facility to make your trip to Edmonton a memorable one!!

We're just off Whyte Avenue, the coolest strip for shopping, pubbing and clubbing. It is near the University of Alberta and across the river from the downtown core.

Everything you need is within walking distance with the infamous West Edmonton Mall a quick bus ride away.

From Edmonton International Airport take Sky Shuttle - University to the Varscona Hotel. We are just 1 block south and west from there. The number 9 bus from downtown will also bring you within one block of our hostel. 10647 - 81st ave.

**If you don't mind taking a cab from the Greyhound Station, it should be known that it is usually better to be dropped off at the Southside Station as it is closer to the hostel.
