Under new management, there is a completely new outlook of understanding and focus that has been missing in Amman, a home away from home for the most important tourist visiting Jordan- the backpacker. This is the place where you can hang your hat, put your feet up and exchange stories with other travelers you will meet while you sip Arabic tea and coffee.

The Masour Hostel On the side lane before the main branch of Arab Bank on King Faisel Street, is in the best location for those who like to walk and get the feel of a city. Within easy reach of culturally historic sites of the city, Al-Hussein Mosque, and the Amman Citadel, also money exchanges, banks, tourist offices, transportation, the main post office and shops and restaurants whether by foot It is also convenient and accessible by foot to visit the Roman Amphitheater. On either side of this site there is a small museum, one which shows how the Bedouin Culture lived and another one shows some of the mosaics found in the area. Be Citadel, the highest point of the city, also has a small but well organized archaeological museum. Of course there is the Souk where one can browse thru shops that sell Middle Eastern spices and typical foods, as well as antiques and clothes. At the Mansour Hostel, our guests have a choice of 14 rooms. There’s a wide range of options: from triples with a private bath to dormitory rooms and 4 beds with sharing
bathroom. For those who prefer to sleep outdoors in the fresh air, the roof is also available.

Fun and adventures covering all Jordan

We offer the following tours around Jordan:
1) North West of Jordan, Jearsh, Ajloun and Umm Qais
Enjoy the beautiful sites of the Golan Heights at Lake Tiberius. This is a 6 - 7 hour tour.

2) Desert Castles: Qasr Kharaneh, Ousaur Amra, Azraq Castle, Qasr Al Hallabat, Hammmam Al Sarah. This is also a 6 – 7 hour tour.

3) Madaba (the city mosaics), Mount Nebo ~ Baptism Site –Dead Sea (Earth’s Lowest Point.) This is a 5 -6 hour tour.


4) Ask us about the most interesting trip! This exciting tour will take you to one of the Seven Wonders of the World, Petra. You will travel down the Kings Highway, visiting spectacular places, crisscrossing numerous historical sites along the way! These include Madaba, Mount Nebo, Wadi Al Mujib, Karak Castle, Wadi Al- Hasa, Shoubak Castle and ending with the rose-red city of Petra!

5) We also have a one day trip (round trip) to Petra through the Desert Highway.
The Mansour Hotel tour packages don’t include fees for these sites.

6) Our last and most relaxing tour will show you the most exciting sites in Jordan and we take care of everything for you. The tour price includes site fees, transportation, meals, and hotels. This tour will take 3 days and two nights.
We start in Amman and travel down the Kings Highway to Madaba, Mt. Nebo, Wadi Mujub, Karak Castle, Wadi Hassa, Dana Nature Reserve, Shoubak Castle, and we will arrive at Petra in the evening. We take care of the hotel, meals, and the Petra entrance fee. Plus, we provide a lunchbox to take into Petra City. When you finish your tour of the marvelous Petra, we will take you to Wadi Rum. This night you can watch the Jordanian sunset over the red-colored mountains. You will then be driven to your campsite and enjoy a traditional barbeque dinner with live music. In the morning you will begin with a desert breakfast. Then cruise around the beautiful desert and see mountains and plateaus in a 4x4 or a camel. After you finish your tour, we transport you back to Amman.

We also offer airport pickup and drop-off at the lowest price in the city, as low as15 JD.
